SupportBasic DJ is offered under two methods (Evaluation and Full).   Evaluation Support Policy: Individuals operating under the Evaluation version are eligible to submit questions via e-mail at presalessupport@basicdj.com. Pre-sales support e-mails are answered as time allows. Submissions are limited to a period of two weeks from the time of the first question.   Full Support Policy: All customers receive one (1) month of e-mail support and one (1) month of product upgrades with their purchase of a standard one (1) computer system license.   Full Support Subscriptions: Customers have the option of purchasing extended e-mail support and upgrade subscriptions. These subscriptions are purchased as one (1) computer system subscriptions and are directly associated with a customer's Basic DJ license. Please note that purchasing your Basic DJ license and support/upgrade subscription as a bundle may provide a cost savings.   Full Version Phone/Remote Support: ZK Tech Inc. offers phone and remote support on a fee basis.
